# Tokenomics

**The Eladrea token $ELDR is a community token that gives a number of benefits and provides access to certain features within all ecosystem games:**

*• Purchase in-game stuff* 

*• Hero upgrades* 

*• Staking through vaults* 

*• Gambling inside taverns* 

*• Transfer heroes through metaverses* 

*• New NFT generation* 

*• Entry pass payments for unique lands*

Also, we created the token-burning mechanics. Each purchase, upgrade or any other payment in $ELDR token will be 50% burned, this solution will allow Eladrea tokenomics long-term deflation. The remaining 50% will be distributed accordingly: 10% to developing funds and 40% will lock in a smart contract for future in-game economy and development fund initiatives because we are planning to build and develop long-term games where in the future we may face a lack of tokens because of deflation mechanism. Still, all these locked tokens may be unlocked only by voting of the $ELDR community.

### Distribution

**The maximum distribution period for Eladrea tokens is 6 years. Total 10 billion tokens. The distribution mechanism during this time will be as follows:**&#x20;

● 1% — 100 million tokens Providing liquidity (these tokens are sent and blocked in liquidity pools on dexes). Unlock 100% TGE.&#x20;

● 4% — 400 million tokens Tokens of advisors (1-year cliff and then quarterly 4 years vesting).&#x20;

● 13% — 1,3 billion tokens For the Eladrea main team and future employees, quarterly 5 years vesting.&#x20;

● 17% — 1,7 billion tokens For the development of the ecosystem (staking, farming) 2 weeks of Cliff and then smooth distribution over the next 6 years.&#x20;

● 25% — 2,5 billion tokens Ecosystem treasury fund, 2-month Cliff, and then smooth monthly vesting for 4 years. (According to the plan of 5 different games in the ecosystem until 1 game in the ecosystem vesting for 1/5 part go those tokens, after each new game launch adds next 1/5 bunch of tokens with smooth vesting for 6 years).&#x20;

● 27% — 2,7 billion tokens For in-game economy 2 weeks of Cliff and then smooth daily distribution over the next 6 years. (According to the plan of 5 different games in the ecosystem until 1 game in the ecosystem vesting for 1/5 part go those tokens, after each new game launch adds next 1/5 bunch of tokens with smooth vesting for 6 years).&#x20;

● Pre-seed 0.8% — 80 million tokens $0.0055 for a total of $440 000 (cliff 6 months then smooth daily vesting for 2 years).&#x20;

● Seed 5.7% — 570 million tokens $0.0075 for a total of $4 275 000 (cliff 6 months then smooth daily vesting for 2 years).&#x20;

● Private A 3% — 300 million tokens $0.0125 for a total of $3 750 000 (cliff 3 months then smooth daily vesting for 2 years).&#x20;

● Private B 3% — 300 million tokens $0.0155 for a total of $4 650 000 (cliff 3 months then smooth daily vesting for 2 years).&#x20;

● Public 0,5% — 50 million tokens $0.025 for a total of $1,250,000 (10% on TGE, cliff 1 month, and then smooth daily vesting for 10 months).

### Tokenomics Distribution

It is planned to distribute 1,05% (105 million tokens) of the total circulation at the time of the token’s introduction in the market.&#x20;

Of which 1% (100 million) of tokens are in liquidity pools on exchanges (included in the order book) And only 0.05% (5 million) of tokens are unlocked tokens of investors.&#x20;

The initial distribution of ELDR tokens (1.05% of the total circulation) will be aimed at securing the network, maintaining its functionality, and developing the community.&#x20;

It was not in vain that we allocated 69% of the tokens from the total circulation for the in-game economy, staking and ecosystem treasury fund, and only 13% of the tokens were left for the team because, in the long run, thanks to the community and joint decisions, we will be able to create a really interesting, user-friendly and people-oriented gaming product that can significantly change the quality of life of each participant of the Eladrea ecosystem.
